The invention relates to an aluminum veneer suspended ceiling construction process which comprises the following steps of S1, carrying out ground lofting on a part needing a to-be-modeled structure onthe ground, and conducting projecting to a ceiling after ground lofting is carried out so as to obtain a lofting mark; S2, according to the lofting mark, building a base layer model of the to-be-modeled structure by adopting a light steel keel bracket, a calcium silicate board base layer and a flame-retardant board base layer; S3, performing three-dimensional scanning modeling on the base layer model, and processing a three-dimensional modeling graph to obtain an aluminum veneer matched with the modeling structure; and S4, seamlessly and closely splicing the processed aluminum veneers, and adhering the spliced aluminum veneers to the base layer model by adopting a structural adhesive so as to obtain a modeling structure. The aluminum veneer suspended ceiling construction process has the advantages that by improving a traditional construction process, the dead weight of a decoration object is reduced, the sealing and splicing effect of an aluminum veneer suspended ceiling arc-shaped diffuse reflection lamp groove and a hyperboloid-shaped suspended ceiling meeting the design requirement is achieved, the construction process is simplified, and the construction efficiency is improved.
