The invention discloses floor tile hollow detection and repair equipment based on sound recognition. The floor tile hollow detection and repair equipment comprises a shell, wheel cavities which are infront-rear symmetry and are provided with downward openings are formed in the bottom end face of the shell, a beating cavity which is located between the two wheel cavities and provided with a downward opening is formed in the bottom end face of the shell, a power distribution cavity is formed in the inner top wall of the beating cavity, a repair box is fixedly arranged on the right side end faceof the shell, and a sound recognizer is fixedly arranged on the inner top wall of the beating cavity. When the equipment constantly moves and beats the ground, the recognizer is utilized to detect whether the positions under floor tiles are hollow or not, when it is detected that the floor tiles are hollow, a small drill bit is utilized to drill gaps between the floor tiles, and the hollow positions under the floor tiles are filled with cement through drilled holes until the recognizer detects that the positions under the floor tiles are no longer hollow.
本发明公开了一种基于声音识别的地砖空心检测修补设备,包括壳体,所述壳体底部端面上设有前后对称且开口向下的车轮腔,所述壳体底部端面上设有位于两个所述车轮腔之间的开口向下的拍打腔,所述拍打腔内顶壁上设有动力分配腔,所述壳体右侧端面上固定设有修补箱,所述拍打腔内顶壁上固定设有声音识别器;本发明实现了设备在不停移动以及拍打地面时,利用识别机器检测地砖下是否空心,当检测到地砖存在空心时,利用小型钻头对地砖之间的缝隙进行钻孔,然后通过打好的小孔向地砖下空心处进行填补水泥,直至识别机器检测到地砖下不再空心为止。
