The invention discloses a refreshing platform for helping passengers with mobility difficulties in getting on buses. The refreshing platform comprises a base, wherein an open groove is formed in the left side of the base, a carrying device bottom shell is fixedly arranged in the open groove, and a carrying plate is arranged above the carrying device bottom shell; and the carrying plate comprises aspring cavity, second sliding grooves which are symmetrical front and back are formed in the right end wall of the spring cavity, and second L-shaped plates are arranged in the second sliding groovesin a sliding mode. The refreshing platform for helping the passengers with mobility difficulties in getting on the buses is simple in structure, attractive in appearance and environment-protecting touse, rainwater can be stored in rainy days, and solar energy is used for charging batteries in hot days, so that the batteries drive a fan and a mist spraying system to refresh and cool the passengers in the platform; and a more convenient bus-getting on mode is provided for people such as the disabled who is inconvenient to independently get on the buses at ordinary times, the aged and the likeso that related people can independently take the buses, and the refreshing platform has certain social benefit and environmental protection value.
