Improved gear-driven type mechanical anti-theft lock
The invention discloses an improved gear-driven type mechanical anti-theft lock, and relates to the field of mechanical anti-theft locks. A key is rotated firstly, and then a handle is pressed downwards to drive a cam mechanism to rotate to unlock; when the key is correct, a pinion on the key drives each intermediate gear to rotate, the intermediate gears drive racks to run, the racks drives eachfollow-up plate to move, and rectangular notches on each follow-up plate are arranged in a straight line; and when the handle is pressed downwards, a cam firstly pushes locking plates to be inserted into tooth grooves of each intermediate gear, each intermediate gear cannot rotate any more, and then unlocking inserting plates are pushed to be inserted into each rectangular notch to unlock. The improvement measures are that the locking plates are moved to the left side of the cam and aligned with tooth roots of each intermediate gear, saw teeth on the original racks are eliminated, the rectangular notches are moved to each newly added follow-up plate, and the racks are movably connected with the follow-up plates and certain gaps are retained. The technical opening cannot be achieved throughblocking loopholes; and no change is in anti-damage opening, the key quantity, the stability and the like of the lock.
一种改进的齿轮传动式机械防盗锁,涉及机械防盗锁领域,通过先旋转钥匙、再下压执手带动凸轮机构旋转而开锁;钥匙正确时,钥匙上的小齿轮带动各中间齿轮转动,中间齿轮带动齿条运行,齿条再带动各随动板移动,各随动板上的矩形豁口呈直线排列。下压执手时,凸轮先推动锁止板插入各中间齿轮的齿槽中,各中间齿轮不能再转动,之后再推动开锁插板插入各矩形豁口中而开锁。改进措施是将锁止板移至凸轮的左侧并对准各中间齿轮的齿根、取消原齿条上的锯齿、矩形豁口移至新增设的各随动板上、齿条与随动板之间活动连接并保留一定间隙。通过堵塞漏洞,实现了无法技术开启。锁具防破坏开启、密钥量、稳定性等方面均无变化。
