The door hinge comprises a left hinge, a right hinge and a pin shaft; the door hinge is mainly characterized in that a squarecavity and a square protruding part are arranged in the middle of the left end of a left shaft sleeve, a rack is installed in a square groove, and a gear is installed in an inverted-U-shaped groove and meshed with the rack; the gear sleeves and fastens the outer diameter end of a rotating shaft; an inserting column is arranged at the right end of the rack; when a handheld part is twisted anticlockwise, the rack moves rightwards to drive the inserting column to penetrate through a round through hole rightwards and then be inserted into a round groove, and the pin shaft and the left shaft sleeve are movably fixed together; and a headless hexagon socket screw is screwed into a threaded hole I and then is screwed into a threaded hole II, so that the pin shaft, a right upper shaft sleeve and aright lower shaft sleeve can be locked together. According to the improved door hinge provided by the invention, when a house owner enters a room, even if a lock is opened by a thief with a self-madekey, the door cannot be pushed open, and the personal potential safety hazard of the house owner is eliminated.
