The invention provides hollow coated heating glass capable of being uniformly heated. The hollow coated heating glass comprises a first substrate and a second substrate which are arranged at an interval, wherein a spacing bar is arranged between the first substrate and the second substrate and divides a cavity between the first substrate and the second substrate into a first cavity and a second cavity; the hollow coated heating glass further comprises a coated heating assembly positioned in the first cavity or the second cavity; the coated heating assembly comprises a joint, a bus and a transparent conductive film which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom; and the transparent conductive film is fixed with the second substrate. The hollow coated heating glass capable of being uniformly heated can effectively reduce contact resistance of metal slurry and copper foil, greatly reduce hot spots of the bus and solve the problem of non-uniform heat caused by overheating of the bus; and oxidation of a film layer is effectively avoided, the product reliability is improved, and uniform heating is realized.
本发明提供了一种可均匀加热的中空镀膜加热玻璃,包括间隔设置的第一基板、第二基板,所述第一基板、第二基板之间设有间隔条,间隔条将第一基板、第二基板之间的空腔分为第一腔体、第二腔体;还包括镀膜加热组件,所述镀膜加热组件位于所述第一腔体或第二腔体内,镀膜加热组件包括从上至下依次设置的接头、母线、透明导电膜,透明导电膜与所述第二基板固定。本发明创造所述的可均匀加热的中空镀膜加热玻璃可以有效降低金属浆料与铜箔的接触电阻,大大降低母线的热点,解决了母线过热导致的热量不均的问题;且有效避免了膜层的氧化,提升了产品的可靠性,实现均匀加热。
