The invention discloses an electric louvered glass window capable of collecting solar energy. The electric louvered glass window comprises a glass side frame and transparent glass. The two pieces of transparent glass are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the glass side frame correspondingly. The two pieces of transparent glass form a mounting space, and multiple rotary shutter assemblies are mounted in the mounting space. Each rotary shutter assembly comprises a transverse rod shaft and a louver board arranged on the transverse rod shaft, solar energy absorption panels are arranged on the surfaces of the louver boards, and the multiple solar energy absorption panels are connected in series through guide lines. An inner frame surrounding the glass side frame for a circle is further arranged on the outer side of the glass side frame, one end of each transverse rod shaft extends into an inner frame and is rotationally connected with the side wall of the inner frame of the glass side frame, and a lead screw stirring assembly for driving the multiple transverse rod shafts to rotate is arranged in the inner frame.
