The invention provides an intelligent subway passenger flow guiding system and method, and the system is characterized in that the system comprises: a data processing control center which is connectedwith a video monitoring thermodynamic diagram change so as to obtain a real-time population peak period gathering rate; a gate entrance equipment which displays red or green arrows in the station entering direction and the station exiting direction, wherein the green arrows allow passage, and the red arrows forbid passage; light-emitting guide floor tiles and the voice prompt system which are used for guiding people waiting for entering of the gate brushing machine in front of the entrance of the entrance gate machine and distributing a part of people to a new entrance gate machine; the system and method have the advantages that the system for intelligently adjusting the pull-in service capacity based on the subway gate entrance waiting people flow increasing rate is established, the intelligent gate function is switched in real time, meanwhile, other induction modes are matched, the waiting gate people flow crowding degree and evacuation time are effectively reduced, the safety is enhanced, and the passenger service experience is improved.
本发明提供了一种地铁客流智能引导系统及引导方法,其特征在于,包括数据处理控制中心,连接视频监控热力图变化以获取实时人口高峰期集聚速率;闸机口设备,在进站方向和出站方向显示红色或绿色箭头,绿色箭头允许通过,红色箭头禁止通行;发光引导地砖以及语音提示系统,对进站闸机口前等待刷闸机进站的人群进行引导,分流一部分人至新的进站闸机处;本发明的优点在于:建立基于对地铁闸机口等待人流增加速率而进行智能调节进站服务能力的系统,通过实时切换智能闸机功能,同时配合其他诱导方式,有效减少等待闸机人流拥挤程度与疏散时间,增强安全性,提高乘客服务体验。
