The invention relates to the technical field of irrigation rigs, and discloses a new energy irrigation rig used for energy conservation and environmental protection. The irrigation rig comprises a mounting base, and the top part of the mounting base is fixedly provided with limiting nails penetrating through the mounting base. According to the new energy irrigation rig used for energy conservationand environmental protection, by installing flow guide substrates, when being sufficient, rainwater in rainy days can flow into collection inclined plates through the flow guide substrates, and then,can enter into a water storage tank through liquid inlets for storage; irrigation is performed when needed to achieve the effect of saving water resources; when the rainwater is insufficient, water can be supplemented through a water supply pipe for normal irrigation; by installing solar panels, solar energy can be collected to supplement electric energy for storage batteries to provide electricenergy for a high-pressure water pump; and when adjustment or maintenance clearing is needed, screws on connecting sheets can be loosened, and the flow guide substrates are overturned to be opened, and then, timed spraying is set by a control panel, or to the inside of the water storage tank is cleared.
