Process for preparing lime by burning coal gangue
The invention is suitable for the technical field of material burning, and provides a process for preparing lime by burning coal gangue. The process comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing limestone and coal gangue to obtain a mixed material, putting the mixed material into a shaft kiln, continuously stirring the mixed material in the vertical direction, and calcining the mixed material toobtain a lime-containing mixed product; and screening the lime-containing mixed product to obtain the finished product namely lime. According to the method, the solid waste namely coal gangue discharged in the coal mining process and the coal washing process is recycled; coal gangue and limestone are crushed and mixed according to a certain ratio, the mixture is burned to prepare a finished product namely lime; during the burning process, in the vertical direction, the mixed material of limestone and coal gangue is continuously stirred so that coal gangue moves up and down along with the limestone and is gradually heated, and the heat generated by the coal gangue is fully utilized to produce high quality lime. The using amount of resources and energy during the lime preparation process can be effectively reduced; wastes are recycled; and the generated lime residues can be used as a filler for a cement plant.
