Method for preparing light fabricated artificial stone from construction waste
The invention discloses a method for preparing light fabricated artificial stone from construction waste. The method comprises the following steps: reselecting and separating brick concrete construction waste, grinding bricks in an autogenous mill to obtain brick aggregate and brick powder, and grinding the brick powder with steam kinetic energy to obtain brick micro-powder; and adding a calcium source, an excitant, reinforced fibers, a surfactant, a water repellent and water into the brick micro-powder, uniformly stirring, adding bubbles, uniformly stirring, molding, and curing to obtain thelight fabricated artificial stone. The method is low in production cost and high in efficiency, and high-quality cyclic utilization of resources is achieved.
