The ladle brick comprises a component A, and the component A comprises the following substances in percentage by weight: 30-60% of flint clay, 10-30% of andalusite, 5-10% of aluminum-rich spinel, 6-16% of silicon carbide, 1-8% of a sintering aid, and 1-4% of an antioxidant. The ladle brick has the advantages that the density is high; the porosity is low, the strength is high, and the slag corrosion resistant performance is strong. Under the conditions of the same temperature and slag iron erosion, the thickness of an erosion layer and an oxidation layer of the high-erosion-resistance brick is only 1/5-1/3 of that of a traditional ladle brick, so that the service life of a ladle can be greatly prolonged, safety accidents such as iron leakage caused by slag erosion and brick stripping are prevented, and the brick is particularly suitable for ladles, which have a high KR desulfurization rate and can recover desulfurized slag iron.
