Highway roadbed reinforcing structure and method
The invention provides a highway roadbed reinforcing structure and method. The structure comprises a supporting bottom plate, roadbed protection plates are arranged on the two sides of the supportingbottom plate correspondingly, and reinforcing reinforced concrete inclined plates are installed on one sides of the two roadbed protection plates correspondingly; the structure further comprises roadbed reinforcing columns which are arranged on the two sides of the roadbed protection plates, limiting clamping grooves are formed in the outer surfaces of the roadbed protection plates, the limiting clamping grooves and the roadbed protection plates are arranged to be of an integrated structure, and the multiple roadbed reinforcing columns penetrate through the limiting clamping grooves and extendinto the roadbed protection plates to be clamped with the roadbed protection plates; the structure further comprises roadside protection layers which are arranged on the two sides of the supportingbottom plate, roadside grooves are formed in the inner sides of the roadside protection layers, positioning holes are formed in the roadside grooves, and positioning columns are installed in the multiple positioning holes. The problems that after a highway roadbed works for a long time, deformation is generated, the strength needs to be maintained through continuous repairing, and the passing efficiency is affected are solved.
本发明公开了一种高速公路路基加固结构和方法,包括:支撑底板,且支撑底板的两侧均设置有路基防护板,两个所述路基防护板的一侧均安装有加固钢筋混凝土斜板;路基加固柱,其设置在所述路基防护板的两侧,且所述路基防护板的外表面设置有限位卡槽,所述限位卡槽与路基防护板设置为一体结构,且若干个所述路基加固柱均穿过限位卡槽延伸至路基防护板内部与路基防护板卡合;路边防护层,其设置在所述支撑底板的两侧,所述路边防护层的内侧设置有路边凹槽,且所述路边凹槽的内部设置有定位孔,若干个所述定位孔的内部均安装有定位柱。其解决了高速公路路基长时间工作后,会产生形变,需要不停修补来维持强度,影响通行效率的问题。
