The equipment comprises a construction rack, a material stirring unit and a leveling unit; a feeding port is formed in the middle of the upper end of the construction rack; the material stirring unit is arranged on the inner wall of the lower end of the construction rack; and the leveling unit is installed on the lower side of the left end of the construction rack. According to the invention, a vibration branched chain is additionally arranged on the basis of the material stirring unit, and after the material stirring unit paves crushed materials, the vibration branched chain vibrates the crushed materials, so that the paved crushed materials are arranged more uniformly, andthe use performance of a pavement is improved; the leveling unit is additionally arranged, the paved crushed materials generally exist in a convex road section and cannot be rolled to be flat, and the leveling unit rams the convex road section, so that the convex road section is consistent with the flat road section, and the use requirements are met.
