The invention discloses a bridge high pier watering maintenance device which comprises a power assembly, a spraying assembly and a recycling assembly. The power assembly comprises a water pump, a control box, a water supplementing box and an output main pipe; the spraying assembly comprises a top cover, a plurality of vertical spraying heads and a plurality of oblique high-pressure spraying heads;a support is fixed to the top cover, and all the vertical spraying heads are fixedly installed on the support; a small motor is fixedly installed on the support, and an output shaft of the small motor is coaxially connected with a rotating body; a rotating connector is installed at the bottom of the rotating body; and a plurality of turning plates are hinged to the edge of the cover face of the top cover. The recycling assembly comprises a rubber belt and a recycling pipe. A groove is formed in the side face of the rubber belt in the length direction, one end of the recycling pipe is communicated with the groove through the water flowing connector, and the other end of the recycling pipe is communicated with the water supplementing tank. When the watering maintenance device is used for carrying out watering maintenance on the bridge pier, comprehensive and uniform watering maintenance can be conducted on the bridge pier with any cross section, and recycling of maintenance lost water is achieved.
