The invention relates to a suspended cast beam steel formwork system with an adjustable cross slope. A first notch allowing a flange plate formwork to rotate is formed in the connecting position of the flange plate formwork and an outer web formwork. An outer die support comprises an outer die fixing support and a flange plate movable support, the flange plate movable support is fixed to the lowerside of the flange plate framework, the flange plate movable support is connected with the outer die fixing support through an outer die adjusting mechanism, and the outer die adjusting mechanism isused for adjusting the cross slope of the flange plate movable support; and a second notch allowing an inner web formwork to rotate is formed in the connecting position of an inner top plate formworkand the inner web formwork, an inner formwork support comprises an inner top formwork support and an inner side formwork support, the inner top formwork support is hinged to the inner side formwork support, the upper end of the inner top formwork support supports the inner top plate formwork, the lower end of the inner top formwork support is connected with a hanging basket hanging belt, and the hanging basket hanging belt pulls the inner top formwork support to deflect to adjust the cross slope of the inner top formwork support. The technical problem that an existing cantilever beam formworkcannot adjust a cantilever beam cross slope according to actual needs is solved.
