The device comprises an adjusting support which comprises a baffle, an inclined strut and a jack, the jack is arranged on the baffle, and the position of the baffle is fixed through the inclined strut; the adjusting support at least comprises a first adjusting support for adjusting the vertical position of an arch rib of the arch bridge, a second adjusting support for adjusting the horizontal position of the arch rib of the arch bridge, and a third adjusting support for supporting and adjusting the angle of the inclined surface of the arch rib of the arch bridge; the first adjusting support, the second adjusting support and the third adjusting support limit the spatial arrangement position of the arch rib of the arch bridge. The technical problems that due to the fact that conventional arch rib adjustment is limited in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, spatial positions of other angles cannot be adjusted, and a vertical support of a steel structure arch rib cannot be kept in a balanced state in the spatial state are solved.
