Reinforcing method for transforming main arch rib of two-way curved arch bridge into plate arch
The invention discloses a reinforcing method for transforming a main arch rib of a two-way curved arch bridge into a plate arch. The method comprises the steps of 1 collecting mechanical properties ofa foundation soil layer by means of underwater foundation inspection, on-site excavation and dynamic sounding, further detecting the quality of soil, evaluating the bearing capacity of foundation soil, recovering foundation structure parameters, checking and calculating, and summarizing data to re-check the bearing capacity of the two-way curved arch bridge foundation structure; 2 after the bearing capacity of the two-way curved arch bridge foundation structure meets the requirement after transformation, hanging a suspension system construction platform below the main arch rib through a steelwire rope; and 3 embedding steel bars into the main arch rib and the arch waves of the two-way curved arch bridge, then binding steel bars, installing a bottom die, pouring concrete, removing the dieafter the maintenance strength reaches the designed strength, and transforming the main arch rib of the two-way curved arch bridge into the plate arch. By the adoption of the method, the structural bearing capacity and integrity of the two-way curved arch bridge can be obviously improved, and meanwhile the special building of the two-way curved arch bridge is reserved to the maximum extent.
本发明公开了一种双曲拱桥主拱肋改造成板拱的加固方法,包括以下步骤;步骤一、通过水下基础检查、现场挖探、动力触探的手段,采集基础土层力学性质,进而探测土的质量,评价地基土承载力,对基础结构参数进行恢复并验算,总结数据以复核双曲拱桥基础结构承载能力;步骤二、当双曲拱桥基础结构承载能力满足改造之后的要求后,在主拱肋下方,通过钢丝绳挂设悬挂体系施工平台;步骤三、对双曲拱桥主拱肋、拱波进行植筋,然后绑扎钢筋,安装底模、浇筑混凝土,待养生等强达到设计强度后拆模,将双曲拱桥主拱肋改造成板拱;采用上述方法,能够明显提高双曲拱桥结构承载力和整体性,同时最大限度的保留双曲拱桥这一特色建筑。
