The invention discloses an environment-friendly water conservancy hydropower dredging device including a dredging vehicle main body, a feeding inlet, a drain groove, a stone discharging groove, and adredging stone discharging mechanism. According to the device, through the arrangement of an expansion rod and an extrusion push plate, silt and gravels entering from the feeding inlet can be extrudedand sorted well, so that the gravels in the silt can be separated well; then through a dredging vehicle main body inner chamber arranged in an inclined mode, the gravels tumble to a block plate in the stone discharging groove; and through the arrangement of the dredging stone discharging mechanism, the separated gravels can be discharged from the stone discharging groove in the dredging vehicle main body, and are prevented from being mixed in impurities and silt, the burden of dredging work can be alleviated, convenience is provided for the dredging work, and the working strength of workers can be alleviated, so that the dredging working efficiency is further improved, and the working economic benefits can be improved.
