Electromagnetic actuator and control method
The invention discloses an electromagnetic actuator and a control method. The electromagnetic actuator comprises an outer barrel, a fixed magnetic core, a moving magnetic core and a magnetic core sleeve. The fixed magnetic core and the moving magnetic core are arranged in the outer barrel. The fixed magnetic core is fixed to one end of the outer barrel. A first coil is wound around the periphery of the fixed magnetic core. The end, close to the fixed magnetic core, of the outer barrel is connected with a first connecting rod. The magnetic core sleeve is sleeved on the moving magnetic core. A second coil is wound between the magnetic core sleeve and the moving magnetic core. The magnetic core sleeve is slidably connected with the inner wall of the outer barrel. The end, close to the movingmagnetic core, of the outer barrel is connected with a second connecting rod. One end of the second connecting rod is connected with the end of the magnetic core sleeve, and the other end of the second connecting rod extends out of the outer barrel. The output ends of a first current controller and a second current controller are connected with the first coil and the second coil correspondingly. The input ends of the first current controller and the second current controller are connected with a power supply. The electromagnetic actuator can actively control displacement and push-pull force ofthe moving magnetic core and improve the energy dissipation and vibration reduction effects.
