The green and environment-friendly building ecological energy-saving roof comprises a rooftop; recoverydevices are symmetrically arranged at the upper end of the rooftop; two sets of moving track rods are symmetrically arranged; chamfers are arranged at the bending positions of the moving track rods;penetrating grooves are formed in the side surfaces of the moving track rods and penetrate through main bodies of the moving track rods; track slide grooves are formed in the upper end surfaces of themoving track rods; circular openings are further formed in one ends of the moving track rods; and opening grooves are formed in the upper ends of the circular openings. Through the setting of relevant equipment on the roof, through the arrangement that a disclosed relevant scenario judging system realizes driving control over a first motor and a second motor, whether equipment for erecting a relevant solar battery board is damaged or suffers from corresponding impact or not can be detected in real time through the system; specific detection is realized by virtue of a pressure sensor unit; andcomprehensive analysis of pressure information detected by a plurality of sensors which are evenly arranged is conducted.
