The device comprises a bottom plate, a vertical frame is slidably connected to the bottom plate, a lifting plate in vertical sliding fit is connected to the vertical frame, a second rail is fixedly connected to one side of the lifting plate, a bidirectional screw rod is horizontally and rotationally connected into thesecond rail, clamping plates are symmetrically connected to the bidirectional screw rod and are in sliding fit with the second rail, the side faces, away from each other, of the two clamping plates are symmetrically provided with rollers in an embedded mode, rotating shafts of the rollers are consistent with the clamping plates in extending direction, lifting seats are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the vertical frame in a sliding fit mode, and dust collection assemblies are circumferentially arranged on the lifting seats in a sliding fit mode. According to the movable window framepositioning and mounting device, a window frame can extend into a to-be-mounted position, the dust collection assemblies can be adjusted to the proper height for smoke dust control through lifting ofthe lifting seats, the clamping plates can move in the window frame through the rollers on the side faces when the lifting plate is moved, shaking of the window frame in the binding process can be avoided through the clamping plates, the window frame is convenient to mount, and meanwhile moving and clamping are stable and convenient.
