The invention discloses a form removal device which comprises a first form removal piece and further comprises a support rod and a second form removal piece; and the first form removal piece and the second form removal piece are mounted on the support rod at an interval. The first form removal piece and the second form removal piece are integrally connected through the support rod; and during theform removal operation process, it does not take time to find another appliance, and operation can be finished through changing the another appliance only, so that the time finding the appliance is saved to improve the form removal efficiency.
