The invention discloses a prefabricated building fence and a construction method thereof. The prefabricated building fence comprises a base and a stand column; the base takes a box shaped structure with an opening formed in the top; a stand column mounting hole is formed in the top of the base; the stand column is inserted in the stand column mounting hole to be detachably connected with the base;fence face walls are assembled on the two sides of the stand column; a support bottom plate extending in the horizontal direction is arranged at the lower part of the base and is perpendicular to thestand column; and a back stay is arranged between the end part of the support bottom plate and the middle of the stand column. The prefabricated building fence can solve the technical problems in theprior art that the fence is unstable in mounting, cannot be repeatedly utilized and is complicated in manufacturing and mounting technology.
