The cotton picker forming bin comprises a front forming bin anda rear forming bin, wherein an oil cylinder is arranged on the front forming bin; the cotton picker forming bin further comprises a door fixer, a door lock and a connecting rod; the door fixer is fixedly connected with the front forming bin; one end of the door lock is rotationally connected with the rear forming bin while the other end of the door lock is clamped on the door fixer; and one end of the connecting rod is rotationally connected to the door lock, and the other end of the connecting rod is connected with the oil cylinder. The cotton picker forming bin has the advantages that the door fixer arranged on the front forming bin is matched with the door lock arranged on the rear forming bin; when the whole cotton picker forming bin is locked, the door lock is clamped to the door fixer due to the gravity effect, the door lock cannot be normally opened under the condition that the connecting rod is not lifted, the overall structure is simple, and use is safe and reliable; the problem that the rear bin is opened after pressure in the forming bin oil cylinder is relieved is solved effectively; and in addition, the invention further discloses the cotton picker which comprises thecotton picker forming bin.
