Multifunctional bottom mud eluting-disturbing device
The invention discloses a multifunctional bottom mud eluting-disturbing device, namely a multifunctional eluting-disturbing head, which is arranged at the front end of a bottom mud eluting ship and has multiple disturbing modes. The device comprises a jet device, an aeration device and an electric mechanical disturbing device, which are independently arranged in an elution box and are connected with a control box. The aeration device is arranged in the elution box and is used for carrying out aeration on riverway bottom mud and filling oxygen into riverway bottom mud, releasing pollutants on the surface layer of the bottom mud into an elution chamber, and pumping the bottom mud to the shore. The jet device ejects high pressure water flow, which is formed by making water pumped by a high pressure pump go through a jet hole, on riverway bottom mud so as to disperse the pollutant layer on the bottom mud, the pollutants are released and delivered to the shore. The mechanical disturbance isthat the river bottom mud is disturbed, rotated and scattered through the rotation of a disturbing head, so that pollutants are released. The adaptability of the bottom mud eluting ship to differentkinds of riverway bottom mud is improved, the bottom mud eluting ship can better adapt to the field environment, and the working efficiency and the treatment capacity of the bottom mud eluting ship are improved.
本发明公开了一种多功能底泥洗脱扰动装置，即一种装备在底泥洗脱船前端具有多种扰动方式的多功能洗脱扰头。包括在洗脱箱体内设置分别独立的并分别与控制箱连接的射流装置、曝气装置、电动机械扰动装置；所述曝气装置设置在洗脱箱体的内部，是通过对河道底泥进行曝气冲氧将底泥表层污染物释放到洗脱仓内再抽取上岸；射流装置是通过高压水泵抽取的水经射流孔后形成高压力水流对河道底泥进行射流从而将底泥污染层冲散，污染物释放出来可被抽送上岸；机械扰动是通过扰头旋转，对河道底泥进行扰动旋转打散，将污染物释放出来。本发明提升了底泥洗脱船针对不同河道底泥的适应性，能够更好的适应现场环境，提高底泥洗脱船的工作效率及治理能力。
