Heat-resistant ultrathin overlay and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a heat-resistant ultrathin overlay, which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of fine gravels, 10-15 parts of heat-resistant high-concentration modified emulsified asphalt and 5-10 parts of heat-resistant emulsified asphalt. The construction process mainly comprises the steps of traffic control, original pavement strength detection and evaluation,temperature measurement, original pavement sweeping, paying off, lower-layer heat-resistant high-concentration modified emulsified asphalt spreading, aggregate spreading, pumice stone sweeping, upper-layer heat-resistant emulsified asphalt spreading, initial maintenance, quality inspection, and the like. The phenomenon of flying stones caused after the existing construction traffic can be effectively avoided, and meanwhile, the heat-resistant advantage of the heat-resistant modified emulsified asphalt can be utilized to reduce the pavement temperature and reduce the high-temperature damage ofa road.
本发明公开了一种阻热型超薄罩面,其组成成分以及各成分质量份数分别为:精细碎石:100份、阻热型高浓改性乳化沥青:10~15份、阻热型乳化沥青:5~10份。该发明施工工艺主要包括交通管制、原路面强度检测评价、温度测定、原路面清扫、放线、下层阻热型高浓改性乳化沥青洒布、集料撒布、浮石清扫、上层阻热型乳化沥青洒布、初期养护及质量检验等步骤。本发明能够有效避免目前施工通车后造成的“飞石”现象,同时能够利用阻热型改性乳化沥青的阻热优点,降低路面温度,减少道路高温病害。
