The invention provides a concrete member repairing and reinforcing material for hydraulic engineering. The concrete member repairing and reinforcing material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 300 to 500 parts of cement powder, 80 to 120 parts of fly ash, 300 to 400 parts of melon seed slices, 10 to 20 parts of granulated blast furnace slag powder, 5 to 10 parts of gypsum, 5 to 8 parts of a polymer additive, 2 to 5 parts of a curing agent, 3 to 5 parts of a preservative, 1 to 5 parts of a water reducing agent and 100 to 200 parts of water. By adding granulated blast furnace slag and melon seed slices, the hardness of a repaired position is effectively enhanced, the situation that the repaired position is broken due to collision of external objects is avoided;by adding the curing agent and the preservative, the hardening degree of the repaired position is improved, the abrasion resistance is improved, water loss is prevented, a high corrosion resistance function is achieved, the repairing effect is improved, and the material is suitable for repairing different positions of hydraulic engineering.
