The process comprises the following steps: firstly, carrying out primary dehydration on urban domestic sludge by adopting a filter pressing dehydrator or other dehydration equipment to make the moisture content of the sludge reach about 70%, reproducing a sludge binder, then blending and stirring the prepared sludge binder and sludge, uniformly stirring, carrying out secondary dehydration on the sludge, conveying the sludge into an extruderthrough a belt conveyor, carrying out extrusion molding, cutting the sludge subjected to extrusion molding by using a blank cutting machine, stacking the cut sludge on a kiln car mechanically or manually or directly in a kiln, drying, and mechanically conveying the dried sludge blank into the kiln for combustion roasting. The treatment method of sludge dehydration, forming solidification and kilncombustion can treat urban domestic sludge on the premise of safety, energy conservation and high efficiency.
