The invention belongs to the technical field of building decoration materials, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a vitrified plate and a vitrified plate prepared thereby. The invention aims to solve the problems that due to the natural defects of a film coated material, the fireproof grade of a film coated plate is usually low; and in the prior art, a film coated material is improved to upgrade the fireproof grade, but the release amount of formaldehyde is high. The invention provides a preparation method of a vitrified plate and a vitrified plate prepared thereby. The vitrified plate comprises a substrate and a vitrified layer, and the substrate is any one of an inorganic plate, an organic plate and a metal plate. The vitrified layer raw material is directly paved on a plate and baked together with the plate after being pressed and molded, so that the binding force between the vitrified layer slurry and the plate is improved, the vitrified layer can be directly compounded on the plate without adding a bonding layer, the formaldehyde release rate is greatly reduced while the fireproof grade of the plate is improved, and the vitrified plate is green and environment-friendly.
本发明属于建筑装饰材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种瓷化板的制备方法及利用该方法制备的瓷化板。本发明针对由于覆膜材质的天然缺陷,覆膜板的防火等级往往较差。为了提高防火等级,现有技术对覆膜材质进行了改进,然而又容易造成甲醛释放量较高的问题,提供一种瓷化板的制备方法及利用该方法制备的瓷化板,包括由基板和瓷化层组成,所述的基板为无机板、有机板和金属板中的任意一种。本发明通过将瓷化层原料直接铺装在板材上,压合成型后一同进行烘烤,提高瓷化层浆料与板材的结合力,无需另行添加粘合层,即可在板材上直接复合瓷化层,提高板材防火等级的同时,也大大降低了甲醛释放率,绿色环保。
