The invention discloses a concrete box girder applying refrigeration stirrups, which comprises a box girder, an evaporation pipe, a water inlet pipe and a water removal assembly, and is characterizedin that multiple steel bars are arranged in the circumferential direction of the box girder; the evaporation pipe is connected to the outer sides of the multiple steel bars in a surrounding mode, theinput end of the evaporation pipe is higher than the output end of the evaporation pipe; the output end of the water inlet pipe is connected with the input end of the evaporation pipe, and the water inlet pipe is connected with a three-way valve; the water removal assembly is provided with a water seal cavity, the output end of the evaporation pipe is connected with the water seal cavity through arecovery pipe, the water seal cavity is connected with a first pipeline, the first pipeline extends upwards and is communicated with the input end of the evaporation pipe, the first pipeline and theevaporation pipe are combined for hooping connection of the steel bars, and the lower end of the first pipeline is connected with a molecular sieve. According to the concrete box girder applying the refrigeration stirrups, the structure is cooled through the evaporation pipe type stirrups, the temperature difference stress is effectively reduced, it is guaranteed that the bearing capacity of the box girder meets the requirement, and the service life is prolonged.
