The invention discloses a support-free assembly construction method for assembly type bent cap construction. The invention belongs to the technical field of prefabrication and assembly. The method comprises a pre-embedding step, a back pressure connecting step, a bent cap hoisting step and a supporting and assembling step. The bottom of a back pressure mechanism is pre-buried in a bearing platform; then, a prefabricated bent cap piece is fixedly connected with the top of the back pressure mechanism; the prefabricated bent cap piece is hoisted, then the prefabricated bent cap piece is transported to an installation position through a bent cap hoisting step, finally the bottom of the prefabricated bent cap piece is supported through a supporting mechanism, a counter force is applied to the top of the prefabricated bent cap piece through a counter-pressure mechanism to guarantee overall balance of the prefabricated bent cap piece, and thus the construction requirement of an assembly connecting part is met. According to the construction method, the construction device with the back pressure mechanism and the supporting mechanism matched is adopted to form a bending moment balance stable system, constructors can conveniently assemble the prefabricated parts without erecting supports, the stress balance stable system is formed when the prefabricated parts are assembled, the construction process is efficient, convenient, safe and reliable, and the construction cost is saved.
