The invention provides a reinforcing device for a steel fiber reinforced concrete bridge. The reinforcing device comprises a guardrail structure, wherein a clamping structure is mounted on the guardrail structure, and a warning structure is mounted on the clamping structure; a tensioning structure is installed on the clamping structure, and an auxiliary structure is installed at the lower end of the clamping structure; the guardrail structure comprises a guardrail plate, a reinforcing plate and a mounting block, the reinforcing plate is additionally mounted on the mounting and fixing positionsurface of the root part of the guardrail plate, the outer side of the reinforcing plate extends out of the guardrail plate by two centimeters, the extending part of the reinforcing plate is arrangedto be in the shape of a catching groove, the mounting block on the outer side of the guardrail plate is directly fixed on the catching groove, and the top end of the mounting block is directly fixed through three studs. The pull strip is in a tightened and fixed state in a normal state, and only when a bridge floor or a concrete guardrail is damaged or cracked, a guide wheel is pulled outwards through the pull strip, so that the sliding block slides outwards, the warning structure forms an action of extending outwards, and thus the warning effect is achieved.
