The invention relates to the technical field of bridges, and discloses a bridge lifting adjusting device. The device comprises a supporting plate, a lifting mechanism and a rotating mechanism, whereinthe lifting mechanism comprises a bottom plate and a plurality of first lifting air cylinders; the rotating mechanism comprises a mounting plate, a plurality of second lifting air cylinders, a rollerassembly and a driving assembly. By arranging the lifting mechanism, a bridge plate can be driven by the supporting plate to ascend and descend to achieve height adjustment; by arranging the rotatingmechanism, the bridge plate can be driven to rotate through the supporting plate; the plurality of first lifting air cylinders abut against the supporting plate to ascend and descend to adjust the height; and the driving assembly drives the roller assembly to rotate, the roller assembly drives the bridge plate to rotate to achieve angle adjustment, and the situation that the service life of a bridge is affected due to height difference or angle difference generated in the using process of the bridge is avoided.
