Intelligent anchor rod controlled by hydraulic servo system
An intelligent anchor rod controlled by a hydraulic servo system comprises an anchor rod body, a loading device located at one end of the anchor rod body, and a micro optical fiber grating strain sensor pasted to the anchor rod body. The anchor rod body comprises a plurality of parallel steel strands. The loading device comprises an outer ring structure and an inner ring structure. The outer ringstructure adopts a large penetrating type hydraulic jack structure. The inner ring structure is installed at the outer end of a piston of the outer ring structure. The inner ring structure is a disc type structural component. A plurality of through holes are formed in the disc type structural component in the peripheral direction, and anchoring structures are fixedly installed in the through holes. Each anchoring structure adopts a small penetrating type hydraulic jack structure, a single-hole tool anchor is installed at the front end of a piston rod of the anchoring structure, an anchoring hole is formed in the center of the single-hole tool anchor, and a steel strand is anchored in the anchoring hole. The hydraulic servo system is in driving connection with the outer ring structure and the anchoring structures. By means of the intelligent anchor rod, the internal stress situation of the anchor rod can be monitored and controlled in real time, the maintenance difficulty of the anchorrod in the operation stage is lowered, and the stability of a supporting structure is guaranteed.
一种由液压伺服系统控制的智能锚杆,包括锚杆本体、位于锚杆本体一端的加载装置、粘贴于锚杆本体上的微型光纤光栅应变传感器;锚杆本体包括多根互相平行的钢绞线;加载装置包括外环结构和内环结构,外环结构采用大型穿心式液压千斤顶结构,外环结构的活塞外端安装有内环结构;内环结构为一圆盘式结构件,圆盘式结构件上沿其周向设有若干通孔,通孔内固定安装有锚定结构;锚定结构采用小型穿心式液压千斤顶结构,锚定结构的活塞杆前端安装有单孔工具锚,单孔工具锚的中心处设有一个锚定孔,锚定孔内锚定有钢绞线;液压伺服系统驱动连接外环结构和锚定结构。本发明能够实时监测和控制锚杆内部受力情况,降低锚杆运营阶段维护难度,保证支护结构稳定。
