The invention relates to an efficient pile puller for a water conservancy project. The efficient pile puller comprises a main frame, a rotating part, a fixing device and a locking device; the bottom of the rotating part is provided with an annular part and rotationally connected with a bottom plate, and a first power gear is arranged on an output shaft of a first motor and is in meshing and transmission connection with the rotating part; the bottom of a fixed plate is provided with a traveling mechanism; second limiting guiding rods are arranged on the rotating part and slidably connected withfixed frames; supporting plates are arranged on the fixed frames, and air cylinders are arranged on the rotating part and connected with the supporting plates; locking parts are slidably connected with the fixed frames, are in threaded connection with a bidirectional threaded rod and are located in the fixed frames; and a rotating shaft is arranged on an output shaft of a second motor and rotationally connected with a fixed block, a second power gear is arranged on the rotating shaft, a driven gear is arranged on the bidirectional threaded rod, and the second power gear is in meshing and transmission connection with the driven gear. The efficient pile puller is good in stability, safer and overall convenient to move, a wood pile rotates while being pulled up, thus the pile pulling speed is increased, and the pile pulling efficiency is improved.
