Concrete crack surface treatment structure and method
The invention relates to a concrete crack surface treatment structure and method. The treatment structure comprises a primer, a hand-scraped polyurea coating and an ultraviolet protective layer, a concrete base surface is polished and dried, grooves are cut around the scrape coating range of the hand-scraped polyurea coating, and high-strength glass fiber gridding cloth is arranged in the middle of the hand-scraped polyurea coating. The high-strength glass fiber gridding cloth is compounded in the hand-scraped polyurea coating, so that the local tensile strength of a polyurea material can be efficiently improved, and after the high-strength glass fiber gridding cloth and the polyurea material are compounded, large deformation of cracks can be adapted, crack deformation can be limited to acertain extent, and the treatment effect of a crack treatment structure, particularly a movable joint, is improved; and on the other hand, direct irradiation of ultraviolet rays on the polyurea material can be effectively blocked by coating the ultraviolet protective layer on the surface, aging of the polyurea coating is slowed down, and the service life of the treatment structure is prolonged. The treatment structure provided by the invention is excellent in material application performance, high in composite structure strength, good in aging resistance and simple and convenient to construct,and can be widely applied to surface protection treatment of different concrete cracks.
本发明涉及一种混凝土裂缝表面处理结构及方法,该处理结构,包括底胶、手刮聚脲涂层和紫外线防护层,混凝土基面经打磨干燥,在手刮聚脲涂层的刮涂范围四周切槽;手刮聚脲涂层中部设有高强玻璃丝网格布。在手刮聚脲涂层中复合高强玻璃丝网格布可高效提高聚脲材料的局部抗拉强度,且两者复合后既能适应裂缝大变形,又能在一定程度上限制裂缝变形,提高裂缝处理结构的特别是对于“活缝”的处理效果;另一方面表面涂刷紫外线防护层可有效阻隔紫外线对聚脲材料的直接照射,减缓聚脲涂层的老化,提高处理结构的使用年限。本发明提出的处理结构施材料性能优异、复合结构强度高、抗老化性能好,施工简便,可广泛应用于不同混凝土裂缝的表面防护处理。
