Passive house high-airtight deformation joint construction process
The invention discloses a passive house high-airtight deformation joint construction process. The passive house high-airtight deformation joint construction process comprises the following steps of: (1) the base layer in a deformation joint should be solid, dry, smooth, free of dust and oil; (2) the gap between two EPS boards and the gap between the EPS board and a beam should all be filled with polyurethane foam; (3) all thermal insulation boards at the bottom of beams and the surfaces of boards or walls should be treated by cutting; (4) the base layer around the deformation joint is treated;(5) a cement mortar leveling layer is applied; (6) a cement paste bonding layer is applied; (7) an isolation film on the lower surface of a self-adhesive waterproof coiled material is removed; (8) the self-adhesive waterproof coiled material is laid; (9) drying is performed; and other steps are performed. The invention uses the EPS board as a base and is covered with a layer of self-adhesive waterproof coiled material for sealing, which achieves an excellent air tightness effect in the later air tightness test, and is convenient for construction and has low costs.
