According to the schemefor solving the problems that existing floor tile and decorative plate pasting equipment cannot fix tiles horizontally well, the device comprises a movable fixing base, one end of the top of the movable fixing base is connected with a vertically-arranged main supporting frame through a bolt, and one side of the main supporting frame is provided with a lifting groove which is vertically arranged.According to the device, through operation and rotation of a driving motor which is arranged, a lifting side frame at one end position is in a horizontal posture, a lifting motor at the bottom is controlled to operate and rotate, therefore, a lifting block can be lifted and operated, the lifting side frame at one end position is operated to the bottommost position, and a first hydraulic rod is extended to operate, so that a fixing sucker at the bottom position is sucked on the surfaces of the ceramic tiles and the decorative plate, and sucking is stabilized through the suction process of an air pump.
