The embodiment of the invention provides a wall cast-in-place area formwork reinforcing structure which comprises a wall structure comprising a cast-in-place area, a formwork and a first reinforcing tool. The formwork is connected with the wall structure to seal the vertical face of the cast-in-place area; the first reinforcing tool is used for reinforcing and connecting the formwork and the wallstructure, and comprises an inner screw nut and a fast screw component, wherein the inner screw nut is positioned in the wall structure, is a pre-embedded inner wall screw nut (MK1) when positioned onan inner leaf wall, and is a pre-embedded outer leaf plate screw nut (MK2) when positioned on an outer leaf plate, the fast screw component is connected with the end, close to the formwork, of the inner screw nut so as to fix the formwork and the wall structure; the inner screw nut is internally provided with a hollow structure, and the inner side of at least one end of the hollow structure is provided with a protrusion for being connected with the fast screw component. The embodiment of the invention also provides a construction method for wall cast-in-place area formwork reinforcing.
