Split bolt
The invention discloses a split bolt. The split bolt comprises a screw rod (1), two opposite butterfly clamps (2) and a limiting insert (3), wherein the screw rod (1) is sleeved with the two oppositebutterfly clamps (2) through holes, and limiting holes are formed in the positions, on the outer sides of the butterfly clamps (2), of the screw rod (1); and the limiting insert (3) can be inserted into the limiting holes and positioned, and the outer side faces of the butterfly clamps (2) abut against the inner side face of the limiting insert (3). By the adoption of the technical scheme, the butterfly clamps are positioned on the screw rod without nuts, the limiting holes are formed in the screw rod, the limiting insert is used for reinforcement, the connecting mode that the limiting insertis inserted into the limiting holes is not affected even after the screw rod is rusted after multiple times of turnover, the problem that nut reinforcement is not firm is solved, and the phenomenon ofmold shifting is avoided; and meanwhile, the installation efficiency of the split bolt is greatly improved, and the reinforcement time is shortened.
本发明公开了一种对拉螺栓，包括螺杆(1)、通孔套装于所述螺杆(1)上的两个相对的蝴蝶卡(2)，所述螺杆(1)在所述蝴蝶卡(2)的外侧开设有限位孔；还包括能够插入所述限位孔内且定位的限位插件(3)，所述蝴蝶卡(2)的外侧面抵接于所述限位插件(3)的内侧面。应用本发明实施例所提供的技术方案，蝴蝶卡在螺杆的定位不用螺母，而是在螺杆上开设限位孔，用限位插件进行加固，即使经多次周转后螺杆锈蚀后，也不影响限位插件插入限位孔的连接方式，解决了螺母加固不牢固的问题，不会出现跑模的现象；同时也极大的提高了对拉螺栓的安装效率，减少了加固时间。
