The invention discloses a wall column perpendicularity adjusting method and an adjusting device. The wall column perpendicularity adjusting method comprises the steps: a fixed piece is fixedly mountedat the top of a building component; a detection assembly is mounted, the upper end of a vertical construction line is connected with the fixed piece, and the lower end of the construction line is connected with a plumb bob; an adjusting assembly is mounted, the upper end of an upper steel wire rope is connected with the upper end of the building component, the lower end of the upper steel wire rope is connected with an upper bolt, the upper bolt is connected with an upper screw hole in the upper end of a fancy bolt assembly, a lower screw hole in the lower end of the fancy bolt assembly is connected with a lower bolt, the lower bolt is connected with the upper end of a lower steel wire rope, the lower end of the lower steel wire rope is connected with a lower fixed piece, and the lower fixed piece is connected with the ground; and by observing perpendicular situation of the construction line and the ground, one or more of the upper bolt and the lower bolt are rotationally adjusted till the construction line is parallel to the building component. According to the wall column perpendicularity adjusting method and the adjusting device, environmental influences such as the wind speedare avoided, the perpendicularity adjusting efficiency and adjusting effect are improved, and the construction quality is improved advantageously.
