Method for determining reasonable height of layered pouring concrete
The invention relates to the field of bridge and culvert engineering in the transportation industry, and particularly discloses a method for determining the reasonable height of layered pouring concrete. A concrete beam is reasonably poured layer by layer along the height of the beam, the bearing capacity of the structure of the pre-poured part is fully utilized, corresponding measures are properly taken through calculation, the concrete beam bears the self load and the construction load of subsequent remaining concrete beams, and therefore a formwork supporting system for concrete beam structure construction can be simplified. Based on a stress safety state of a first-layer concrete beam of a layered pouring concrete beam, in the design process, the pouring height of the second layer should be reasonably reduced; reference is provided for design and construction of the concrete beam adopting full framing layered pouring; reference methods and bases are provided for layered pouring continuous beam support and foundation supporting system design, concrete beam layered height determination and the like, early-stage strain of the beam can be controlled, later-stage creep is reduced, the probability that concrete cracks is reduced, and therefore durability of a bridge structure is guaranteed, and the method has great engineering and social significance.
