The invention relates to a protection device for doctor-patient coordination, and effectively solves the problems that when a patient coordinates with a doctor, no protection device is provided for protecting the safety of the doctor, and bad consequences are possibly caused when disputes occur. According to the technical scheme, the protection device comprises a negotiation table, surrounding plates are fixed to the left side and the right side of the negotiation table, negotiation rooms are arranged at the two ends of the negotiation table, seats are arranged in the negotiation rooms, the negotiation table is in sliding fit with partition plates in the vertical direction, first springs are fixed to the lower ends of the partition plates, trigger plates are in sliding fit with the two ends of the negotiation table in the left-right direction and fix first racks, a first gear is engaged between the two first racks, a first clamping groove is formed in the lower end of the partition plate, a second rack is arranged in the negotiation table in a sliding fit mode and engaged with a second gear, the second gear is in running fit with the negotiation table and engaged with any first rack, and a clamping strip placed in the first clamping groove in an initial state is fixed to the end of the second rack. 本发明涉及医患协调用防护装置，有效解决现有患者与医生协调时，没有防护装置对医生安全进行保护，发生纠纷时可能会造成不好后果的问题；解决技术方案包括谈判桌，谈判桌左右侧均固定围板，谈判桌两端均设置谈判间，谈判间内有座椅，谈判桌沿竖直方向滑动配合隔挡板，隔挡板下端固定第一弹簧，谈判桌两端均沿左右方向滑动配合触发板，触发板固定第一齿条，两个第一齿条之间啮合第一齿轮；隔挡板下端开设第一卡槽，谈判桌内部滑动配合设置第二齿条，第二齿条啮合有第二齿轮，第二齿轮与谈判桌转动配合设置，第二齿轮与任一的第一齿条啮合，第二齿条端部固定有初始状态置于第一卡槽内部的卡条；本装置使用方便、协调效果好，起到很好的防护作用。
