The invention relates to a water purification kiosk with a replaceable filter material container and a manufacturing and distributing method of the water purification kiosk. The water purification kiosk comprises a box body with an internal space, wherein a base is arranged on a well with a pump; an awning which is arranged at the top of the box body and is provided with at least one solar panel capable of supplying power to the pump; a heat radiator which is arranged in the box body and can receive pumped water; a filter which is arranged in the box body, can receive water from the heat radiator and can replace a filter material; and a vendor to receive water from a filter. A water distribution method comprises the steps that water is pumped out of the water well, conveyed into a storagetank, conveyed to the heat radiator from the storage tank and then conveyed to the filter with the replaceable filter material to be filtered, the filtered water is stored in a storage tank containingpurified water, and the purified water is distributed through the vendor. The manufacturing method comprises the steps that the water purification kiosk is installed on the water well, and the waterwell is connected to the storage tank in the water purification kiosk through a pipeline.
