The invention provides high-mixing-amount stone powder full-machine-made sand C30-C55 concrete and a preparation method thereof. Each cubic meter of the high-mixing-amount stone powder full-machine-made sand C30-C55 concrete comprises the following raw materials by mass: 300 to 470 kg of cement, 45 to 70 kg of stone powder, 850 to 950 kg of machine-made sand, 900 to 1050 kg of coarse aggregate, 140 to 160 kg of water, 7 to 11 kg of a polycarboxylate superplasticizer and 5 to 7 kg of a hydrotalcite-like powder. The concrete provided by the invention has the following advantages: (1) a by-product stone powder in the production process of the machine-made sand can be consumed, and compared with common concrete of the same grade, the concrete is low in cement consumption, low-carbon and environment-friendly; (2) the problem that the machine-made sand with higher stone powder content is difficult to apply in engineering is solved; (3) the strength is guaranteed, the strength reaches 70-80%of a design value in 3d, and the concrete is suitable for projects with emergency construction period requirements; (4) the corrosion resistance on mediums such as chloride ions and sulfate is good, and the concrete is suitable for working conditions such as coastal and saline-alkali soil; and (5) the absorption on infrared rays by the concrete is increased, the fire resistance of the concrete isenhanced, and the problem of thermal fatigue of the concrete is relieved.
