Rubber powder ultrahigh-ductility mortar for building 3D printing and preparation thereof
The invention relates to rubber powder ultrahigh-ductility mortar for building 3D printing and preparation thereof. The mortar material comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 400-800 parts of cement, 100-200 parts of silica fume, 400-800 parts of fly ash, 80-400 parts of sand, 20-120 parts of rubber powder, 1-4 parts of a water reducing agent, 300-390 parts of water and 10-20 parts of polyethylene fibers. Compared with the prior art, with the optimal design of the formula, the ultrahigh ductility and high energy consumption capacity of the 3D printing rubber powdermortar material are further improved, and thus rib-free building 3D printing is achieved.
