The invention discloses a long-service-lifetime anti-erosion anti-stripping electric arc furnace cover and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of electric arc furnace covers. The electric arc furnace cover comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: aggregate composed of high bauxite and tabular corundum, magnesium aluminate spinel powder, powder composedof nanoscale aluminum oxide micro powder and tabular corundum powder, a binding agent and a water reducing agent. The electric arc furnace cover provided by the invention is good in thermal vibrationproperty and anti-stripping; the main raw material is the high-temperature sintered tabular corundum, and the purity is high and the refractoriness is 2000 degrees; the fused spinel powder has excellent thermal vibration property, and the chemical properties of the material are close to the properties of electric-arc furnace slag. The electric arc furnace cover is long in service lifetime, due tothe fact that the material is good in thermal vibration performance, resistant to erosion and stripping and capable of being organically combined with electric furnace slag in the using process and being attached to the lower surface of the electric arc furnace cover, the furnace cover material is stable in heat capacity and free of temperature fluctuation, the using effect is good, and the service lifetime is as long as 2000 heat.
本发明公开了一种长寿命抗侵蚀抗剥落电弧炉炉盖及其制备方法，涉及电弧炉炉盖技术领域，其中该电弧炉炉盖包括以下按照重量份计的原料：高铝矾土和板状刚玉组成的骨料，镁铝尖晶石粉、纳米级氧化铝微粉和板状刚玉粉组成的粉剂，结合剂，减水剂；本发明提供的电弧炉炉盖热振性好、抗剥落，其主要原材料采用高温烧结板状刚玉，纯度高耐火度2000度；电熔尖晶石粉，热振性极好，材料化学性能接近电弧炉炉渣性质；本发明提供的电弧炉炉盖寿命长，由于材料本身热振性好抗侵蚀、抗剥落，使用过程中能够与电炉炉渣有机结合，附着到电弧炉炉盖下表面，保护炉盖材料热容稳定，不受温度波动困扰，使用效果好，使用寿命高达2000炉次。
