Preparation method of building block for urban building outer wall
The invention discloses a preparation method of a building block for an urban building outer wall. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: stirring and mixing recycled ceramsite, river sand, calcium oxide, sodium hexametaphosphate and cement; adding water into the uniformly mixed material for curing; adding phosphotungstic acid doped titanium dioxide powder and graphene into the cured material, and uniformly mixing; pouring the material obtained in the step 2 into a mold, and putting the mold into a building block molding press to be pressed and molded; maintaining the pressedand formed building block by using steam at 100-120 DEG C; and standing and airing the steam-cured building block. By adding the phosphotungstic acid doped titanium dioxide powder, the photocatalyticdegradation effect of conventional titanium dioxide on organic matters and the adsorption effect on PM2.5 can be remarkably improved; and meanwhile, the phosphotungstic acid doped titanium dioxide powder and the graphene are subjected to dry ball milling together, so that the phosphotungstic acid doped titanium dioxide can be uniformly dispersed, subsequent better dispersion of the phosphotungstic acid doped titanium dioxide in the recycled ceramsite is facilitated, and the adsorption effect is improved.
本发明公开了一种用于城市建筑外墙的砌块的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将回收陶粒、河砂、氧化钙、六偏磷酸钠、水泥进行搅拌混合;将混合均匀后的物料加水进行熟化;并在熟化后的物料中加入磷钨酸掺杂二氧化钛粉体和石墨烯,并混合均匀;将步骤二中的物料浇筑在模具中,并置入砌块成型压制机压制成型;压制成型的砌块用100‑120℃蒸汽进行养护;蒸汽养护完结的砌块静置晾干。本发明中加入磷钨酸掺杂二氧化钛粉体可以显著提升常规二氧化钛对有机物的光催化降解效果和对PM2.5的吸附效果,同时将磷钨酸掺杂二氧化钛粉体和石墨烯共同干法球磨,可以使磷钨酸掺杂二氧化钛分散均匀,有利于后续更好地分散在回收陶粒中,提升吸附效果。
