The invention discloses a ceramic deformation-resistant glazed tile and a preparation method thereof. The ceramic deformation-resistant glazed tile comprises a deformation-resistant glaze layer, a ceramic green body layer and a cover glaze layer. The deformation-resistant glaze layer is located on the bottom face and/or the side face of the ceramic green body layer, and the cover glaze layer is located on the upper surface of the ceramic green body layer. The deformation-resistant glaze layer is formed by firing deformation-resistant glaze, the ceramic green body layer is formed by firing a ceramic green body, the difference value between the melting temperature of the deformation-resistant glaze and the melting temperature of the ceramic green body is smaller than or equal to 3 DEG C, andthe difference value between the expansion coefficient of the deformation-resistant glaze and the expansion coefficient of the ceramic green body is smaller than or equal to 3, The deformation-resistant glaze layer is prepared from the following raw materials: potassium feldspar and quartz.
